Spacious double-room in a well kept home. The room is equipped with a double bed, Netflix, Digital TV, WIFI and wardrobe alongside other amenities. Guests are welcome to use our modern fitted kitchen and garden spaces (for smoking/fresh air). Bathroom is shared but cleaned regularly. House is close to areas such as Broadway Market, London Fields, Shoreditch and Dalston. House has other airbnb guests. 4 guest bookings will get 2 airbeds. **No one night stands here please...go to a hotel for that.

The space

Guests are welcome to our newly refurbished/decorated double room in a shared home. The home/room is fully serviced e.g. cleaning is done regularly to all areas of home. **Please bear with us, as we continue to build our home to make it an exceptional AirBnB space for all guests. 

Guests are welcome to use the room, bathroom, toilet and front patio/back garden. We also have a parking space available (which we can provide through JUSTPARK if booked 2 weeks in advance).

Guest access

Room, passageways (upstairs/downstairs), toilet, bathroom, kitchen, front paved patio and back garden area.

Other things to note

Bathroom and Toilet is shared, however they are separate. We aim to clean both areas every day.

**If you have a guest stay over the night, we charge £20 (per night) to the main guest. This may be requested through AirBnB specifically/through a special offer on the AirBnB app/or through Cash. (Pls consider other guests, noise and use of my house facilities)

Front Patio/Garden available for smoking if needed.

Parking space can be booked through (URL HIDDEN) (Just ask and I will send the link).

Interaction with guests

Lateef and Moji  will be around all the time to help you out whenever you need. We stop by often to let other guests in, maintain the home etc. Of course, you can message through the Airbnb platform to get in contact with either of us - we answer pretty fast.
