Founder

Lateef Arowolo is the Founder of ARO, where he leads strategy, execution, and culture with a growth-mindset approach. With a multidisciplinary background spanning banking, government, product management, and IT consultancy, he brings structure, innovation, and strategic clarity to every project.

At ARO, Lateef focuses on designing scalable systems, leveraging technology to simplify operations, and aligning every initiative with measurable outcomes. He is known for his strategic foresight, decisive leadership, and ability to bridge business, policy, and technology to drive lasting impact.

Lateef holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from SOAS, University of London, and an MSc in Management from University College London (UCL). Outside of work, he’s passionate about basketball, technology, artificial intelligence, economics, and international development — interests that continue to shape his analytical and forward-thinking approach to leadership.

Project Manager

Comfort Danladi is a Senior Project Manager at ARO, where she leads initiatives across both the property management and technology divisions. Known for her versatility and strong leadership, she bridges the gap between operations and innovation—translating business goals into actionable plans and ensuring every project is delivered with structure, precision, and measurable impact.

Comfort holds a BSc in Business Economics from Presbyterian University College, Ghana, and a Master’s degree in Information Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Her ability to engage confidently with clients, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain excellence from concept to completion has made her a key pillar within ARO’s growth journey.

IT Consultant

Timilehin Ogundare is an IT Consultant at ARO, where he designs, builds, and maintains websites while supporting technology projects end to end. A Computer Science graduate from Caleb University, he brings strong technical skills across web development, systems, and digital delivery.

Timilehin pairs clean, standards-based code with thoughtful UX and performance design, ensuring every site is fast, accessible, and reliable. Known for his curiosity and execution focus, he continually improves processes and contributes to ARO’s goal of creating scalable, high-performing digital experiences.

IT Analyst

Michael Itua Sanu is an IT Analyst at ARO, where he supports the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the technology powering daily operations. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Benin, he bridges business goals with technical execution—aligning systems, vendors, and teams to ensure seamless delivery and long-term stability.

Michael’s expertise spans systems analysis, documentation, user support, and quality assurance, with a strong focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Known for his precision, reliability, and problem-solving mindset, he plays a vital role in maintaining a stable, scalable, and secure tech environment that keeps ARO performing at its best.

Beyond his professional life, Michael is a passionate Manchester United supporter, a lover of good music, and an avid traveller who has explored multiple states across southern Nigeria—including Edo, Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, and Ekiti. His curiosity and appreciation for diverse experiences reflect the same open-mindedness and discipline he brings to his work.

Virtual Assistant

Esther Mmakwe is a Virtual Assistant at ARO, providing reliable and organized support that helps teams work faster and smarter. A Pharmacology and Therapeutics graduate from Delta State University, she brings analytical thinking, attention to detail, and process discipline to her work.

At ARO, Esther manages day-to-day coordination, from calendars and documentation to client communication and task tracking. Known for her clarity, consistency, and calm execution, she ensures every interaction reflects ARO’s standards of efficiency and care—helping clients stay informed and teams stay focused.

Accountant/Data Analyst

Eniola Olugbemi is an Accountant and Data Analyst at ARO, where she combines financial discipline with data-driven insight. She holds a BSc(Ed) in Accounting and Education from Lagos State University, a foundation that strengthens both her technical precision and her ability to communicate complex information clearly.

At ARO, Eniola oversees financial reporting, payroll, and invoice management, while developing analytical models and dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities. Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Power BI, she delivers reports that are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.

Virtual Assistant

Rebecca Durojaiye is a Virtual Assistant at ARO, helping the company operate at a faster, more organised pace by turning moving parts into smooth, predictable workflows. A Physics graduate from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), she applies structured thinking to daily execution—prioritising what matters and closing loops with precision.

Her work spans calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, documentation, and progress tracking, all designed to keep operations seamless. Known for her clarity, consistency, and personable communication, Rebecca builds trust with clients and ensures every interaction runs effortlessly.

Virtual Assistant

Muhammad Alao is a Virtual Assistant at ARO, bringing enthusiasm, adaptability, and a broad skill set that bridges business, IT, and agriculture. Based in Ibadan, he is a young and driven graduate of Agriculture, with hands-on experience in design, technology, and operational support.

Known for his positive attitude and eagerness to learn, Muhammad supports day-to-day coordination, communication, and administrative tasks—helping ensure smooth operations across ARO’s growing portfolio.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games and football, proudly supports FC Barcelona, and has a soft spot for the classic Nigerian combo of soft bread and beans. His curiosity and balanced outlook make him a valued addition to the ARO team.

Director

A founding member of ARO, Mojisola has been integral to the company’s growth from the very beginning. Based in the UK, she brings a wealth of experience in property management—overseeing operations from inception to completion. With a strong background in guest relations and booking coordination, Moji ensures every stay meets ARO’s high standards of service. She also contributes to virtual assistant and administrative functions across the business.

A graduate of Birkbeck, University of London, with a degree in Sociology, Moji combines people-centred insight with hands-on project management to deliver smooth and efficient operations across ARO’s UK portfolio.

Contractor (Manager)

Olaloti is ARO’s Contractor Manager, overseeing renovation and fit-out projects for serviced accommodation units across Nigeria. With a background in education and a passion for building design, he brings a blend of technical skill and creative vision to every project.

A graduate of the College of Education, Ikere Ekiti, where he studied Economics and Geography, Olaloti further honed his craft at Superior Building Interior and Exterior Decoration, Lekki, Lagos. Known for his strength, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly, he thrives in fast-paced environments that value collaboration and innovation.

Beyond work, Olaloti enjoys travelling, listening to music, and meeting new people—interests that reflect his open-minded and people-centred approach to life and leadership.
