Guests are welcome to our large studio size room - within a shared home. The home/room is fully serviced e.g. cleaning is done regularly to all areas of home. House is close to areas such as Broadway Market, London Fields Park, Victoria Park, Shoreditch and Dalston. Guests are welcome to use the room, bathroom, toilet and front patio/back garden. **4 Guest Bookings will be given 2 airbeds. **No one night stands here please...go to a hotel for that.

The space

Newly refurbished and spacious studio size-room in a fully 'serviced' home. The room comes equipped with a double bed, Netflix, ULTRA-HD TV, Freeview, WIFI and wardrobe alongside other amenities. Guests are welcome to use our modern fitted kitchen and garden spaces (for smoking/fresh air). The bathroom is shared (however is cleaned regularly). The house is occupied with other airbnb guests (2 rooms)  and myself. *Please bear with us, as we continue to build/develop the home to make it an exceptional AirBnB space.

Other things to note

If you have a guest stay over the night, we charge £15 (per night) to the main guest. This may be requested through AirBnB specifically/through a special offer on the AirBnB app/or through Cash. (I consider other guests, noise and use of my house facilities)

Garden space is available for smokers, people who wish to sit outside and smoke (NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM PLEASE)

Please respect the home, it is not a pleasure/drug den. Excessive and unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated, your listing will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave.

Interaction with guests

Lateef and Moji  will be around all the time to help you out whenever you need. We stop by often to let other guests in, maintain the home etc. Of course, you can message through the Airbnb platform to get in contact with either of us - we answer pretty fast.
