ARO Technologies designed and developed the Akpata Family Archive, a digital home for preserving the history of the descendants of Okoro Akpata. Conceived as a living digital museum, the website brings together family connections, historical photographs, documents and personal stories to chronicle five generations of family, faith, migration and memory.
The design combines warm neutral tones, gold accents and traditional typography with archival imagery, creating an experience that reflects the personal and historical significance of the collection. Dedicated sections for the family tree, ancestors, branches, archive, stories and documents provide a clear structure for exploring the family’s heritage.
The project creates a lasting home for shared memories, helping connect generations through the preservation and discovery of their family history.
