6 ONAJ - Property Renovation (Ibadan, Nigeria)
In early 2025, our client entrusted us with the redevelopment of a long-standing family home in Okebola, Ibadan—after being impressed by our work on the OAO Ibadan project. This transformation is currently underway, with plans to convert the property into six modern 1-bedroom serviced accommodation units and a dedicated family museum. A blend of heritage and innovation, brought to life.

38 Leywick Street - Renovation (Stratford, London)
In early 2025, we completed a full-scale renovation of a previously derelict and abandoned 3-bedroom house in Stratford, East London. Every area of the property was transformed. The home now operates as a thriving 4-room short-let unit in the heart of East London.

OAO - 2 Bed Flat renovation (Ibadan, Nigeria)
In 2023, we completed the full renovation of two 1-bed and two 2-bed apartments in Mokola, Ibadan. Previously abandoned and unoccupied, these units were transformed into modern, fully serviced accommodations, now thriving as welcoming spaces for guests looking to experience the best of Ibadan.

A small request from a client, to undertake the renovation and eventual listing of this 3 bedroom flat in Ibadan to serviced accomodation websites as a gift to the clients father. This project is still in progress.

Landspire Alliance Ltd - (Platform)
Landspire Alliance is a digital land-sharing platform designed to simplify land acquisition, ownership, and management. Using advanced AI tools, the platform enables individuals and groups to discover, invest in, and oversee land projects seamlessly. Currently in development, Landspire Alliance is set for release in the coming months as part of our ongoing effort to make land investment more accessible and transparent.

AT&D - Flat 6 Renovation (Lagos, Nigeria)
In 2024, we were commissioned to renovate an apartment in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, with a focus on boosting occupancy and elevating the lighting and overall furnishing. The project was successfully delivered and has since become a ‘guest favourite’ on platforms like Airbnb.

21RW - Terraced House Renovation (London, England)
21RW was one of our earliest serviced accommodation units in London. After many successful years, we recognised it was time to reimagine the 3-bedroom house to match the energy and expectations of its location in the vibrant London Fields area of Hackney. The renovation was completed to a high standard, and the property now welcomes guests from around the world eager to experience the very best of East London.

34 College Road - Flat 1,2 & 3 Renovation
34 College Road marked the beginning of our expansion into the serviced accommodation market in Nigeria. The units were originally poorly maintained, dilapidated, and uninhabitable. Our mandate was to carry out a full renovation—stabilising the building’s infrastructure and transforming the space into a safe, modern, and welcoming environment for future guests. The project was a complete success, and the property now operates as a thriving serviced accommodation development in Ogba, Lagos.

Park Street, Dundee - Mini Renovation
This flat in Dundee, Scotland had been vacant for nearly five years. We were initially brought in to investigate long-standing plumbing concerns. After a single inspection, we identified and resolved the issue—saving the owner an estimated £12,000 in proposed plumbing and planning approval costs. We also completed a light renovation, and the 2-bedroom flat is now fully restored and successfully tenanted.

Flat 7, Euromarina Torreveija Spain - Renovation
This flat in Torrevija Spain, had been empty for almost 7 years. We were originally tasked to go in and see if it could be renovated was suitable for a serviced accomodation. In our analysis, we believed because we wanted to be compliant with Spanish law, we advised our client that it better we go down the long-term let. In this the apartment was refurbished/with a light renovation and installation of basic appliances and is now fully tenanted.

Recruitment Services - Multi Roles
Over the years, our client has entrusted us with recruiting for a wide range of roles, including Head of HR, Accountants, and IT Support positions. We use a structured approach—combining internal assessments, screening tools, and multiple review rounds—to identify the strongest candidates. The majority of our placements have gone on to excel in their roles, resulting in high retention rates and consistently strong client satisfaction.
