34 College Road marked the beginning of our expansion into the serviced accommodation market in Nigeria. The units were originally poorly maintained, dilapidated, and uninhabitable. Our mandate was to carry out a full renovation—stabilising the building’s infrastructure and transforming the space into a safe, modern, and welcoming environment for future guests. The project was a complete success, and the property now operates as a thriving serviced accommodation development in Ogba, Lagos.
