Flat 7, Euromarina Torreveija Spain - Renovation

This flat in Torrevija Spain, had been empty for almost 7 years. We were originally tasked to go in and see if it could be renovated was suitable for a serviced accomodation. In our analysis, we believed because we wanted to be compliant with Spanish law, we advised our client that it better we go down the long-term let. In this the apartment was refurbished/with a light renovation and installation of basic appliances and is now fully tenanted.
