Michael Itua Sanu is an IT Analyst at ARO, where he helps plan, implement, and maintain the technology that powers daily operations. He earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Benin (Benin City).

At ARO, Michael partners with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements, align vendors and internal teams, and ensure smooth deployments.
His work spans requirements gathering, systems analysis, documentation, and user support, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and continuous improvement. Michael is detail-oriented and pragmatic—troubleshooting issues quickly, validating fixes, and recommending process improvements that reduce downtime and improve performance.
