Michelle Umukoro

Michelle Umukoro is a Virtual Assistant at ARO Management, where she supports property operations across the UK and Nigeria — from guest communications and check-in processes to building out detailed documentation that helps the wider team resolve issues quickly and independently.

She holds a BA in English and Literature from the University of Benin. Michelle is detail-oriented, proactive and brings a strong problem-solving approach to every property she supports.

Outside of work, Michelle loves food, trying out new things & places.
